11.5, to me is max w/ good tuning setup. Anything higher your taking a chance. All it takes is to get some cheap fake premium (from ur typical Arabian rip-off kwik-kwik 7-11) and boom! Seen it plenty of times!

i agree with what everyone here has said, my motor is a lil over 12.5:1 and with stock injectors and fuel pump, on pump gas it just doesnt perform very well... dont get me wrong its quick for what it is, but it definatley is screaming for more...

cams and new fuel set-up and retune to come soon....

i wouldn't run over 11.5 with out a tune.....specially if the pistons are oem...u might get away with more if they are forged...either way a tune is a must.

a tune is always a must, even if its stock u should try and tune it. someone just pmd me a dyno chart of a jdm itr, and at WOT the air fuel ratio from stock ecu was in the 16:1 range the enitre time!!! just goes to show that stock maps arent always the best.
