Default wtf, im so confused.. stupid chips

i was just searching "honda del sol" on ebay just impulse shopping and i came across this

eBay Motors: PERFORMANCE CHIP HONDA DEL SOL 1993-1997 1996 1995 1994 (item 310035221511 end time Apr-01-08 12:39:04 PDT)

now i dont believe in performance chips, i think its all a rip, but i was reading this, and of course i dont believe it, but then again read it all... they GARANTEE that it adds 60hp, and GARANTEE it adds 20mpg.... idk bout you guys, but thats ALOOTTTT to GARANTEE... and it says they have a 100% money back garanteed! lifetime warranty... and all this for what, 8 bucks...

lol im so confused, wtf is this.

Checked his feedback, it's just a resistor. I can't believe people actually fall for that shit.

Wow..

We have studied and figured out that every vehicle from the car manufacturers runs rich from the factory. Your vehicle's performance relies on an Air/Fuel ratio in order to function properly. The air/fuel ratio runs at 3 different levels: Rich, Stoich and Lean. The vehicle manufacturers try to produce as much power as possible without sacrificing engine reliability, better gas mileage and the mileage between tune-ups. Our job was to figure out how to produce more power and give better gas mileage at the same time. When your vehicle is running rich you are wasting gas. For example: If you have ever seen a person accelerating quickly you may have seen black smoke coming from the back of the car, this is NORMAL. The black smoke is un-burnt fuel coming out in a liquid/gas form. This un-burnt fuel should stay in your gas tank. There is no need to throw money out the window. When your air/fuel ratio runs at stoichometric levels you are getting optimum performance along with better gas mileage. Our performance chip will allow your vehicle to run at stoichometric levels at all times!
