Angry help!!!! jdm d series swap

i have a 95 del sol s with a d-15 in it and i'm swapping to a jdm d-15 motor.... all the sensors are swapped from the the other motor. the new motor idles crazy.. it bounces from 700 rpm to 3500 rpm back and forth. new timing belt, no idea whats wrong. if anyone lives in the tampa, fl area and wants to come to zephyrhills to fix it i will pay $100 to fix it. call 813-598-2481 and ask for chris. if anyone has any ideas they want to email them to me that would be great too.. matrixdragon001@aol.com.. thanks

car 95 delsol s /w original d15b7
parts on the swap are:
jdm D15b vtec odb1
odb1 si p28 wiring harness
john vega tuned p28 ecu
d15b7 IM
=======================================
THE GOOD!!!!!!!!!

now heres a list of parts on the motor i know for a fact is good b/c today i took them off my motor and installed them on a working z6 car and it ran perfect..
ivac
fivc
t/b /w all sensors on it
IAT
and injectors and fpr came off old motor which ran perfect

NO CELS!
=======================================
THE BAD!!!!!
heres a list of stuff that might be causing the prob...

theres a small coolent leak near the IM either a iacv hose or IM leak

changed timing belt and im almost positive its in time right....but i could be wrong

also i have no idea how vac. line are supposed to be ran on the jdm motor. also i have no charcol can..

and theres a lil bit of smoke coming out and around the motor with a funny smell but i just assume it hasent been ran in forever sence its a jdm motor.

I wouldnt have used the B7 IM but you can have quit a few factors contributing to your problem broken IM gasket or a leak between the head and IM especially if you didnt corectly torque it down also your pcv valve could be bad or not even hooked up to the resonator can on the back of the block hope this gives you some ideas what to look for.

+1 on the intake manifold. i dropped a z6 in my boys crx. had to replace the tb gasket cause it was pulled off when he got it. used the worng gasket and it surged like crazy when i warmed up. blocking a passage and didnt seal properly. you can use propane to try to trace your intake/ vacumm leaks
