Default GSR problems...need some opinions

Ok I have a GSR in a 95 EX it has this crazy idle surging witch ive had on previous hondas but I tried to clean the FITV and that didnt work so im lookin around the engine bay and see the IACV is unplugged so I plug it in and start the car but then its starts and goes straight to 3K and holds and then drops and back to 3K but when you unplug it it will just bounce 1000k-1500K really fast, also I noticed it has a test pipe with no 02 sensore bung so there is no 02 sensor so I believe this maybe contributing to the problem but i dont know where to start and dont want to buy sensors and stuff im not gonna use any help would be appreciated and i'll pass some good ol' rep

Yep sounds like you need to buy an O2 sensor and have a bung welded in.

why dont u check the whats amps the tps is showing and go from there its most probably a faulty tps but or a vacumm leak. the tps should be at .45 at idle.

if it goes to 3K when you plug it in your have a vac. leak some where or your throttle body is open...without a O2 in a Eg you car will idle lil lower and if its a aftermarket header and the o2sensor is not right in the top of the manifold it will run rice and very low idle

Hmm knock sensor wouldn't make it idle bad, I still think it's a vacuum leak somewhere.

An o2 code is not going to make it idle like you are describing.
It sounds like the fitv is leaking... take your intake off and put your thumb on the fitv port on the bottom of the throttle body when the car is idling.

If this is not the issue then you have a vacuum leak elsewhere.

Code 23 will also not make the car idle nuts.

You can disable the o2 and code 23 for knock by having your ecu chipped.
