If you dont mind me askin why did you change engines in the first place... is this the same problem you were having? Did you use the same distributer because I believe that the sensor is in the distributer

No I Had To Switch Engines Because I Blew My Last One The Engine That I Bought Came Bare Bones I Had To Use Just About Everything Off My Last One And I Thought That That Sensor Is Down By The Oil Pump
I just did a search for crankcase fluctuation sensor over on Honda-Tech for ya but come up empty. By the sounds of the sensor sounds like it would indeed make your car run like crap. Take a mulitmeter to the wires running to it and check to make sure you have power going to it. If there's power going to it try replacing it. I dunno...I'm obdo....I'm just trying to use basic common knowledge. Let us know how it works out.

Don't take life so serious. It's not like were getting out of it alive anyway.
