Okay so im changing the interior in my 93 civic ex and i just got a new dash but the new one has a passenger side air bag but mine now doesnt is there a way to hook it up or should i just sell it?? also does anyone know what torque the seat belts need to be i think its 25 but im not sure...also where is a good place to get a carpet for my car i need it in black and in good shape thanks

the seat belts dont matter id say hand tight, and for ur air bag; i dont think pre 94's are wired to have airbags at all. You can however put a block off tray in instead.
