ok my car is being shipped to cali in 10 day..fart cans are a big no no out there..should i make a silencer or try to find a oem catback???

or if u know of anyone that has a oem cat back that would like to trade for my #1 drag cat back or just sell one to me lmk plz!!! 92-92 prelude

weld on a magnaflow oval muffler and paint it black, they look pretty much like a stock muffler but they are still a straight through design. something like this:

does that sound close to stock..being the car going to cali it has to be as close to stock as possible

ok i talk to the guys down @ skunk 2 to see what the deal is ..thay said as long as u have a cat (high flow or not )and muffler i should pass smog and carb..thay said as long as im keeping it low rpms it should all be semi legal..
so then i thought about the dc header but it has a carb tag on it. so thats all good

Or just get a good mullfer with a tuneable silencer on it...

im triing not to change out parts if i can get away with it..but that was a thought..i was looking at the skunk 2 with the silencer

i havent found one that fit a 4.5 inch tip...so i might make one but thats a pain in the ass..
