I have an si and it all depends on how well the motor has been maintainted... I like it but I've had many 92-95 hatches!!! On a personal note: there is nothing like my old Hatches !!!

Pro's: There not nearly as common (like 92-95 hatches so when they're done/ modded right; their a deff. head turner! They dont weigh that much more than a hatch!!! Any "common" motor can be swapped into them! A lot of interchangable parts (suspenssion, motors, rims, brakes, motor parts, ect.)

Con's: Hard as hell to find parts for when something interior/exterior breaks!!! Depending on the year, seals on the targa top leak... The interior door handles break pretty easily. Ash tray breaks easily! Two seats!!!!!! They can be fun to drive but make sure you make us sol owners proud!!!

Good luck and only buy it if youre 100% sure you want it!!!

definately a personal choice.... the si will already have rear disc brakes, power door locks, power windows , tachometer, cruise control, and power mirrors.

i absolutely love mine. i have b 16 with internals, externals, and a great clutch and im quite happy with what it will do. i got 17's, carbon lip f/r, carbon hood, suttle side skirts, and fresh paint and i promise you it turns heads. dont know what it runs on the track but i smoked a turbo sohc civic so look for the si or get ready to drop dollars. only thing i dont like is the ass end is a little loose but could probably be fixed with beefier sway bars.
