My vavles are making noises at low RPM do you think a valve adjustment will fix the problem? My stock is completely stock. Thanks

yeah, i think it is recommended (the valve adjustment i mean) every 30k miles or so. how many miles do you have on the engine? are you sure its the valves and maybe not belts or suspension? just thought i would throw that out too.

some valve noise is normal on cold start up until it warms up. Sometimes people mistake valve noise for injector noise. which is normal. If you haven't done it, its not going to hurt to check it if thats what you think it is.

A ticking type noise is usually indicative of a loose valves. From what Ive seen, valves adjustments are usually not necessary until you get up there in mileage, like 90K+...
Adjust when the engine is COLD.
Just a couple thousandths of an inch will make a world of difference!
