intake manifold

Default intake manifold

can some 1 tell me how to pull my intake manifold or hive me a site with pictures...i no the steps but i would like pictures to walk me threw it

its pretty easy, just make sure everything is unplugged first(there are sensors on the back that are sneaky), and then remove the 12 or whatever nuts just like you'd be removing the exhaust manifold.

+1 ......and don't forget about the coolant line (use a big cup or funnel with a long hose to a bucket under the car to catch the coolant) and all vacuum hoses.

With two people doing the work, Shouldn't take more then 30 minutes to get the stock IM off, Then just reverse the opperation to install the new Manny.

most people either dont realize there is a brace from under the IM to the block, or cant get to the middle bolt under the cylinder #3 runner...

heres the Helms pic for a B18B, theyre all pretty much the same...

oh yea, i almost forgot about that! mostly because i never put that brace on my engine before putting it in
