Default which plugs?

so i bought a n.o.s. kit yesterday... thinkin bout doin a 50 shot on my single cam with new hg and arp headstuds. anyways, what is the part number for 2 step colder plugs for my z6 head. also, should the timing be retarded or advanced any? thanks ppl.

NGK 8s is what i used ZFR8-11 i believe

7's should be plenty for a 50-75 shot . Gap them a bit lower in the .030 range

If you go up to 100 you could probally get away with gapping down some mroe before going with 8's

well i went to automotive engineering today and bought some ngk's that are 3 heat ranges colder. they are R56721-8 or part number 7173 (NGK 8's). tell me if these are ok for anywhere between 25 and 50 shot

i would also like to know what the max shot i could do on a d16a6 bottom end, arp headstuds, d16z6 vtec head, and z6 headgasket. it is prob right up to 10:1 compression.
