installing jdm eg side markers
 
hey everyone well i just recieved my jdm side markers from password jdm. I just wanted to know if anyone has done this before. Its going to be installed in an eg hatch and wanted to know what was the easiest way of doing this and what materials should i use, i would appreciate all help.thanks.

there should be cutouts on honda tech and you need to use a dremel with a cutting bit..

Yes, I've done 11 of these and the best advice I can give you, Measure 10 times and cut once ;)

Get a piece of cardboard and trace the outline of the inner lip of the sidemarker.
You'll need a Dremel tool with at least 3 Diamond Carbide Cutting Disks.
A Dremel Mini Grinding wheel will also come in handy to smooth off the cut fender.

Measure the Level of the sidemarker with the upper fender body line.....Don't use a Bubble Level, The marker will look off (it'll sit lower in the back then the front) if it's level with the ground.

Use some Blue painters tape to outline the area your going to cut out, This will keep debris from flying off of the wheel and into your paint, It's also a good line to follow with the dremel disk.
