buying a car with a title of destruction

Im buying a car with a parts car title... but the car is fully fixed can i get a drivable title on it?

i belive you can get a rebuild title, but if it gets wrecked the insurance company wont give you jack shit for it.

+1 for luvsracing. you can get a rebuilt title but like he said if it gets wrecked your fucked.

no u cant. if a certificate of destruction was issued than the car is not able to be titled. i know that thanks to u.
