Default hesitating

I got a worked b16

11.7 compression

forged bottom end.. etc..

stock cams though..

its hesitating up top? can anybody give me any ideas on what this could be?

I got a MSD6A, MSD cap & rotor, blaster coil.. new wires..

its on 93 octane too..

maybe I need to retard the timing a bit? or what is there.. could there not be enough spark?

well I figured it was running a bit lean.. IMO too much compression for 93octane..

I got a FPR.. any reccomendations on what I should do? add more Fuel pressure?

it doesnt have cam gears either..

it feels like a miss over 6k. just a little bit of hesitating..

BTW when I get this fixed where would you shift this car at?

Far away from worrying about the threshold for pump gas at that compression. I recommend you get it tuned. LHT in Pinellas park for Hondata or Mtber does Crome tuning as well.

Rev it until it stops making power.

11.7 is weak for 93octane.

12.5 or bust.

has it EVER been tuned?

Have you read:
