Default Need Tranny/ Clutch info!

Hey, Im new to all this but just last week my 96 Integra RS was grinding through most gears. I rarely could downshift into second or third and at a roll shifting into 1st the car would jump. By pressing the clutch to the floor, I could hear a soft grinding while in neutral but if I pressed clutch just enough to shift there would be no sound and shifting was smooth. Then Thursday night shifting into third, the entire car jumped again and the clutch could barely be pressed and I couldn't get in gear unless the car was off and started in 1st. It is sitting now but I need to know if it was a bad clutch, syncros, entire tranny or what. Please help so I can drive soon...Also where could I get some parts to replace what may be bad? Thanks
E

The noise you heard could be the throwout bearing. The thud and it hard to press the clutch in could be a damaged pressure plate and/or clutch master cylinder. Unlikely that all of your tranny synchros are bad but you wont really know till you reinstall it...
