Default anyone had any experience with ebay d series cold air intakes..?

hey anyone had any experience with those cold air intakes on ebay. the cheap ones. i see the aem ones, but that fairly pricey just for 3 hp. my main question is DO THEY FIT OR IS IT JUST B.S.?

My friend has one, it works alright. I had to cut it to fit right though

damn. lol its funny because they got a few intakes there and the piping on like 3 of them look totally different.

i put one of those ebay ones on my friends car and it didnt really fit. the piping was too short, which made it tilt up and hit the hood which i had to rig up so it wouldnt. it was a pita. took like 3x longer than it shouldve had bc it wasnt made correctly.

I had a AEM one on my coupe I just traded and when I installed it,it fit like a glove and it took like 10 min to install,but there very pricey.

let me tell you from experience you get what you pay for. the piping fit decent in my crx but the filters are even cheaper, when i went to take the whole thing out the metal ring that holds the filter to the pipe just fell off.

ide get the ebay piping, and then buy a K&N filter...
