Fuel Pressure Regulator
I was wondering if fuel pressure regulators really work with performance and gas mileage. and if turning the fuel down is starving the engine.

im not positive but some one will correct me if im wrong but, from what i know, if you adjust the fuel pressure with a stock ecu it will read it as low fuel pressure and add more. or just hold the injectors open longer to compensate for the low pressure.
the stock ecu doesn't see the fuel pressure as it is a fixed setting. so the fuel maps will tell it to open the injectors for the same amount of time and you will run lean. the fpr itself won't give better performance, it is a support part, that is it enables you to run mods that will make more performance.
the ait sensor will cause the ecu to lean or richen the mix, but not enough to make it worth the time to mod it.

the only hondas that i know of that read the FP thru the ecu is a h/f series.I WOULD NOT put an adjustable FPR on a car to save gas mileage...I mean fuck its a honda......
