no you are in the whole .9mm which equals about .03". You are good, that is normal.

if the compression height is (stroke/2 + rod length + compression height)~211.4974 which is less than the deck height then no you are still in the hole. a negative value would mean that your compression height is higher than the deck. and you would be out of the hole. because of the order you did the subtraction.

defintely dont use a standard bore headgasket. imagine how hot such a thin piece of metal would get in the combustion chamber since it would be hangin over the edge....probably would cause some serious detonation
