Rough idles usually mean vacuum lines arn't hooked up correctly. I just did a swap and switched two hoses and the car wouldn't even start or only start if I gave it a shit load of gas. Did you just do a swap, add a intake manifold, tune up, change spark plugs, wires? Let us know what you did before the problem started.

have you checked your idle screw on the throttle body? unscrew it and it will idle up.If it was vacuum related it would be a high ass idle.i am in clearwater if you want me to take a look at it for ya..
