98 Prelude Turbo or Nitrous?????

What up i need some advice. I would really like to put a turbo in my 98 Prelude but my friend is sayin to spray it and build the engine up what do you guys think

I did direct port on one a year ago ran awesome! Done single foggers as well. Def less $ for NOS but turbo never runs out. Did turbo on a few years ago very impressive as well.
