i'm throwing a code 67. (Catalyst low efficiency). what the crap does that mean though? what do i need to fix? i've been running like this for about 2 months, nothing's happening, but i don't want to get in trouble later. thanks in advance.

it's my bro's midori (so it's a 96) car was in kinda rough shape when we bought it 9 months ago. I'm about to put an apexi ws2 on it, so i'll replace the cat then. thanks guys.
