Default Building my Ls Head for my Boosted Teg

I'm trying to figure out if this is even worth my time but I'm planning on building the Head on my Ls. Right now I'm running 7lbs. of boost but in the near future I plan to run 12-14. So what would be a good Valvetrain setup and are there any camshafts out there that could help my motor breathe better? Anyone with any insight please post up.

You will be fine with a stock head....that is how much boost I run . I have crower springs and retainers but they are not needed.
