I Have A Few Questions That I Need Answered. Can A Gsr Engine Be Swapped Into A 95 Civic Hb Using The Stock Tranny, Will They Fit? And Also For My B20b I Have A 95 Del Sol Si Tranny Hooked Up 2 It Right Now And Its Grinding In 3rd And 4th So I Was Gonna Buy A New Tranny I Found A 1.5 And 1.6 95 Del Sol Tranny, Will Each Of Them Work? If They Will Both Work Which 1 Is Better? Or Would It Be Cheaper 2 Rebuild The Tranny? How Much Would That Cost? Ur Imput Is Greatly Appreciated!

didn't some of the del sols come with a b16? you can not use a d series tranny on a b series motor if that tranny is on your b20 that means it's for a b series motor

you would need to find a b16a del sol. you have a b16a tranny.

Your tranny mostly likely came off a del sol VTEC= B16 tranny
NOT a del sol SI= D16 tranny
Spindles on D series and B series output shafts are different.
Next time google a search and try posting a semi inteligent question

It might be cheaper to PM 60-1ek or cxcivic I think they rebuild trannys.

try using. a gm product to help the grinds

it called. sycro meswh WITh friction modifier. make such it has the modifier in it. it worked for my grinds in two different trannys of mine. and helped my friends also. 25 dollar try (it doesn't hurt) to try something.

ok i'll try that thx. and to my reply 2 Nandosol u need 2 shut the hell up sorry but i'm still learning its not like u know everything. cuz if i knew the answer 2 my question y would i ask it? im just sayin my tranny is a del sol si cuz thats the tranny that i was told was in there when i bought it. but any ways thx 2 every1 else i'll try that product and reply in a minute.

I don't recommend the synchromesh... it will only delay the enevitable. Your tranny is failing. Get it fixed.
