do any of you guys know what i have to do if i just dropped a h22a vtec motor in a honda accord and theres a plug to the ecu missing i think its the vtec but i dont know what to do.anybody

what year accord and what year is the motor

not that I know the answer either way but I'm sure posting these things will help h/a people help you

I'd probably post this in Honda Tech. They'll have a better idea than us general car guys.

its a 94 accord and the motor is a 96 prelude dohc vtec motor

its in but im missing the vtec plug that goes in the ecu

You may have to wire in the oil pres and vtec solenoid. It's two wires. Go look up the ECU pin outs and see where they should go.

Should still drop in. You'd have to use an OBD1 dizzy. Mount wise, it should work.

There should also be a ground wire, hook that up to any ground
