Difference between b18a1 and b18b1 heads??
Ok, so the motors are supposed to have a 10hp difference. What makes the difference? I heard it was the heads. Is this true? I have an a1 now. Would it be worth to swap the b1 head and intake manifold on?
Someone else said it was the cams and the intake manifold? Anyone know for sure?
Thanks a lot.

Come on you teggy fans! Someone's gotta know this one!
Thanks for the imput. I did do a search and I didn't come up with anything.
Well the reason why is because I have the a1 motor in my crx and my friend has the b1 in his crx. mine feels like it has a lot more torque than his, but mine feels like it stops pulling just before 6 grand. his doesn't have much torque, but pulls hard to 7+ grand kinda like my old sohc.
i was just wondering what might be causing my motor to run outta breath in the upper rpms?

so should i get the head or the intake mani or just screw it and get some cams etc?
id say get a set of cams or have your cams regrind. your stock head will do fine for now. u can allows pnp the head u have right now later, which would outperform the newer heads. this is what would do and im just giving you a sugestion.
