Default can anyone suggest a mechanic with good electrical wiring skills

Ok - the O2 sensor thing is driving me crazy.

https://www.tamparacing.com/forums/s...hreadid=190310

I get the P0135 & the P0141. The P0141 I can deal with I am going to get an o2 simulator. But the P0135...I can't understand. I got a Bosch OEM primary o2, but I still get the error code...can anyone suggest a mechanic (around Brandon/Tampa/StPete) that knows their stuff when it comes to electrical problems...I don't have a lot of cash, so an independent person or someone looking for extra cash would be cool....thanks - Ralph
