Default RSX Type-S

hey, all the Type-s owners out there, i need ur help. i'm planning on getting a Type-s and i've been hearing that they have tranny problems, specifically the 02's. it suppose to be a grind in the gears between 1st and 2nd and i think 2nd and 3rd. now, is that only with the 02's or is that with all the years of the Type-s including the 04's? thanx for the feed back.

I dunno Chris, when I was driving it that one day second gear seems a little rough going into. Drive it again and feel how rouch second is.

I have an 02 and my gears were fine but I still went and got them to switch my synchros just in case it ever happened.

Now my car shifts tremendously smooth.

Gears arent too close imo I have never misshifted to a down gear. Ive popped out of some gears while racing but never misshifted.
