turbo manifold
does anyone know of a good turbo manifold that can be used in a crx with a b series the does not cause me to change down to a smaller civic style radiator?
and also has an external wastegate plate? also if anyone has one let me know. |
inline pro, revhard, lovefab "shorty", fmax, drag, just to name a few.
and after looking at your sig i hope youre looking for bigger than 200-300cc injectors for a turbo b-series. i wouldnt go with anything smaller than a 440cc |
thanks for the input i will change the injector size.
|
just make sure u have some sort of fuel management to control those injectors. the facotry size is 240cc and thats what the ecu expects to be in there so itll run like shit without proper adjustments to the fuel map

see my posts in Import Car Parts For Sale... I have 2 manifolds for sale, both of which would work for your application ;)

yea i got and fmu last night. still ust tryin to get the manifold set up.
|
just a question on why an aftermarket fuel rail? ( in your sig) if its just for cosmetics, I totally understand, I prefer the aftermarket rails. But if its strictly for function then you stock one will be good to 400whp or a little more, if your on a budget then save $$$.
I only mention this because someone saved me from the same mistake, since I'm on a budget as well. |

yeah i heard the same thing the other day about the aftermarket fuel rail. from what i heard i was told that the oem one flowed about the same as the aftermarket one. but thanks for the heads up.

i have been looking at a equal length turbo mani on e bay but my main concer was about the clearance between the mani and the radiator. the way things are looking it would be better for me to go with a smaller 92-95 civic one so i wont have to worry about the clearance issues.
