help with cam?
if i wana see which after market cam will give me the best top end performance what do i look at. the lift or duration, and how do you read the charts exactly there a little confusing. i have a single cam vtec

jeff, i heard for high compression a higher duration with overlap is a good cam. any thoughts?

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period.
