1996 Integra LS part-out, whole car or swap

here is the deal. car overheats, i dont want to mess with it anymore since i have too many projects on my hands as it is. In all honesty i believe it needs the head gasket replaced, which wouldnt be an issue for someone who is pulling the swap anyways. needs a new TPC, which will come with it for whoever buys the swap, and it has a slight lifter noise.
-car runs and drives right now, so you can see it run/test drive it before you pull it.
body had slight dents and dings, assholes who had it before me obviously were NOT qualified to do it themselves, but they tried anyway with bondo. the bondo it not even, dips in some places, sticks too much out in others.
then they repainted the car by themselves a silver color, with no sanding or primer prior to paint. the car is a nice silver color, including door-jambs and hatch, but the prep worked sucked ass, so it makes the paint look shitty.
Buy the whole car for $1300 PRICE LOWERED - $1000 , also has a brand new radiator installed
