***UPDATE*** Price dropped to $3,250! This is already the lowest-priced RSX Type S on TR and CL.


Upgraded to a more family-friendly car so it's time to post my RSX Type-S. I'm the third owner of this car and have been in possession of the car since Dec 2012. I purchased the car with 181,217 miles, currently sitting with 223,xxx miles. Title is clean, no accidents. The mileage is high (~15k/year) and has been mostly highway miles. It runs strong and vtec kicks in hard, needs some TLC, but is mostly stock. Would make a decent first car or project car. Car is parked now but I was getting 28+ MPG.


I've recently replaced the battery (brand new), starter, alternator, all motor mounts, spark plugs, serpentine belt, valve cover gasket, newer headlights, and brakes. I also have the original interior floor mats and read hatch cover with rear rubber Acura flood guard. It also has a Pioneer aftermarket radio (original included as well), an eBay stage 2 clutch, a Skunk2 70mm exhaust, and an Injen cold air intake (stock box on for the season). Other than that it's stock.

Tires needed soon
One fog light cracked from a rock
Needs new water sprayer motors
Paint fading on rear wing
Some dents and dings
SRS light on (typical for the age)
Engine light on (bad O2 sensor, Skunk2 exhaust related)
Head gasket soon (small oil leak)
Typical Acura/Honda 3rd gear grind at high RPM shifting
AC evacuation/recharge
