How can there be a shooting in extremely regulated California when people cannot own guns?

Why are we not hearing anything about the leftist democrat that did the shooting?

This reminds me of the Washington DC shootings by a socialist democrat bernie sanders supporter.
It was on the news for ONE DAY ONLY..........but only Republicans were shot......hmmmm.
