LT1 Help...
I put a cone filter on my bone stock LT1
Now I'm idling weird. I'm pretty sure its because im getting too much air and not enough fuel. But how could I fix that? How can i send more fuel to keep the air/fuel ratio the same?

A "cone filter" on a stock motor will not cause issues... Maybe if you explain the issue we can help you here. I dont see how you are so sure that its getting to much air and not enough fuel since that fuel system will support more power then what your making..
I put the cone filter on and it ran fine for a while.
then I went to start my car today and it started then shut off...Never done that before. No check engine light or nothing. I started it up again, it had trouble keeping the rpms up. I pushed the gas a little they went up and dropped back down once i let go. my car normally idles at 1000 in park until its warm, then they drop to 800. In drive they idle around 650ish. With the cone filter its been bouncing up and down from 500-800rpms. I put my stock filter back on and now im having the same problem. any clue?

No I found out what it was. The stock rubber elbow that goes from the throttle body to the MAF was cut/cracked...so air was getting in after the MAF and giving the ecu a false reading.
Haha too bad I've got another problem now.
My car vibrates extremely bad. I thought it was the drivetrain, but I was told it was my harmonic balancer. I replaced it, but still same vibration. Its not misfiring. I dont think. Maybe a cylinder is going out at high rpms. Before i replaced the balancer it would vibrate during normal driving. now it only does it around 110mph. Any clue?

if its speed related then its drivetrain most likely..... id get an ls1 alumn driveshaft with fresh u joints
