GM High Tech Performance magazine got a 98 3.8L V6 into the mid-high 14s in the 1/4. They havent changed much since 98. The earlier 93-97 3.4L powered cars were high 15 cars at best. A guy from BadRap got his 3.8 Firebird to boogey down low 13s with some nitrous.

I used to have a 97 v6 camaro and Id say youre probably looking at low 15s. And of course like poncho said with some bolt-ons and a little nitrous you can probably get high 13s. Ive even see articles in a few magazines of a couple of guys gettin high 12s but that woulod require more money tha i would think you want to spend. Just my $.02

Check out www.firebirdv6.com

They have a lot of mod info for camaro and firebird v6s and they have a large list of timeslips.

This guy: http://www.dxsoftware.com/magnus/ Got down to 12.3 spraying 14.0 NA. He doesnt even have any internal engine stuff done so I figure he might be able to break into 11s with some more work.

He might take the occasional 96-98 (?) GT if its auto and convertible. I can speak from experience I beat two different ones in my old v6 camaro. Hes got a stick right? As for all day....
