Not really. it just takes three documented attempts to resolve a problem. If they wanna complain about that, just mention the lawsuit that you have every right to pursue.

thats true . When I worked at Gordon you could tell who couldnt afford their payments . Seems like everyone has a lemon as soon the payments get behind. It takes more than just 3 documented complaints. They have to be 3 documented complaints that arent fixxed. If that was the case every 3rd repair people would be able to lemon the car. Just about all the repairs these days are software updates , it's prolly something that hasnt happened before. Someones car has to be the first , unfortunately thats what your problem sounds like. That why I quit the dealer.The updates dont pay shit and after an 8 hour day of reprogramming PCM's you've booked about 5 hours

Chevy already has .. hence goverment motors...GM. At least AMC was all motors combined,chevy has turned to straight junk , AMC was at least tyring to do something ,even if it was with everyone elses shit

im sorry to hear that haha. just kiddin. i dont agree with everything GM does but some of what they do makes more sense than most other companys. Im more into the older side of GM. Back when car companys actually made cars and trucks. instead of a network of computers made to look like a car.
