Do you think they are going to spend the time and calulate the rear gear?

No... The gears will not throw a code.. If you have a warranty and lets say your posi goes.. when they open it up theyll be able to tell. Plus its a good idea to get the TA girdle and thats a dead giveaway if you put that on with the gear install. Even if you werent the one who changed the gear ratios they still wont cover it in the warranty.
Headers will void your warranty.. Headers might throw you a SES light for lean fuel to air mixture. So youd have to swap out the OBDII for an OBDI or swap out your O2 sensors for simulators. I dont think they have finished LS1 edit for labtop tuning yet either.
I was going to take BlkZ28s route with the exhaust but I was able to win my borla exhaust on ebay for 425 dollars. (Out bid the high bidder in the last 5 seconds and man did he send me some nasty hate mail).

 

Hey zdriver I see on your parts list that you have the same bosch plugs I have. How do you like them? I think they helped out a ton. I just know next time some one other than me will be installing them. Those fucking plugs took me 6 hrs to install. I would like to talk with the dumb fuck that designed this setup. I mean seriously I started laughing hysterically when I got them installed and thought to myself I wonder about the header install. Hey well give me a call I got zome questions. AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA ....Its like that in the IROC....I can sorta get the first 4 from up top but the back 4....jack it in the air and crawl....and dont get me started on the one right next to the o2 sensor.....goddamn chevy engineers

 

Seems like the plugs get worse every engine model. The Irocs werent too bad. The LT1s are a bitch... I dont even want to think about the LS1s. The 350 blocks with the all the other crap take up plenty of space.... but they give plenty of power too.
