Loud truck
I got a 1988 Chevy S-10 2.8 V6 pickup and i just took of the converter off of it because the car wouldnt go over 30....
well since i took it off it is loud as hell...i like it but its def. not street legal.
my questions for you guys is....................
What is the cheapest way to make it quiet without putting a new converter in it?
(FYI i did not put another pipe in it to replace the converter)

Well putting a new converter in it will be the quietest route to go with. Is the converter a straight shot or are there bends in it? Exhaust pipe is fairly cheap....but straight pipe will still be a little on the loud side.
...you could always put a new converter back in seeing as if you get pulled over without one and they notice you will get a $5000 fine and wont be able to drive it away.

i dont know how it works across the bay, but in hills its not no fuckin 5000 ticket, its 1200. its a v6, throw u a real exhaust system under it, and just quit fuckin around with it.

GET SOME

FDOT handles it sunshine...my side or yours, its the same. and tampering with an air pollution control device is not a 1200 fine, especially when DEP gets involved.
