Default Wont start....HELP!!

Ok,I have an 89' blazer...it was running fine eariler today...(does run a little rough, considering its sat at my G/F's dads house for 6-7 months)..any ways,I got to looking at everything possible to cause the engine to not want to fire up..I unhooked the fuel lines that run behind the carb. and there was no pressure, but I loosened up both sides of the fuel filter and had fuel coming out.....................WTF???!!!!!

Its seems like its not getting pressure.or something along those lines...

Any ideas?

TBI?

Its carb'd and it kinda sounds like the pump is coming on but its a very low sound so its either weak or idk...but it was supposedly replaced with a new one about 9-10 months ago......

....you've already narrowed down the problem...what is the issue?

you just told us there is no pressure at the "carb"
and there is pressure at the fuel filter.

and please dont tell me you checked the pressure without turning the pump on.

So,should I just get a new carb.?Yeah even with out the the pump on it was spilling fuel from the fuel filter when I changed it yesterday.......

Could it be the fuel pump relay?..If the pressure is not strong enough or something?

I dunno, atleast someone who understands that you have to turn the pump on to see if you've got pressure at the end of the line.
