I actually have a bunch of stock pushrods as well. But I doubt I would be able to make it over. You should be able to check the pushrods easy enough. Its no big deal. Remove the plug wires off the coil packs, remove the coil packs, remove the valve covers, remove each rocker and the stand...pull out the pushrods and inspect. If you see one bad or bent replace it and reassemble in reverse order torquing the rockers to 22 ft/lbs.

Where in Wesley Chapel?? Thats where I live...Not toooo hard to take the valve covers off...pass. side is a pita tho....need any help lmk Im pretty close to you prob.

i can handle it myself, the problem is i dont have a ton of tools at home, all my tools are at work...
you sound fairly close to me as well.

so it sounded like the tick was coming from the passenger side, and i took off the passenger valve cover, and the rockers, and pulled the pushrods out....
yeah....all of them are fine...
now to check the driver side...

i just unbolted the bracket, and unplugged the spark plugs and other wires, and left the coil packs bolted to the bracket, easier that way...
although, that last one was a pain in the A
