What ever happened to Marty and Robert??

Wasnt one or both of them building some 9 sec LT1's?

I havent heard shit about either of them......any info?

I thought I heard they were moving back to Tampa. This was right when RevX tried to overthrow BADRAP's governing body and the power struggle ensued

Seriously though, I thought they were moving back

I see marty posting on either CZ28 or turbomustangs about the Turbo LT1 car he's building.

Yep.

Robert bought his car from Marty who bought it as a parts car. In its previous life it was one of the fastest Lt1 TA's in the country. Now it is just a 13.5 car with a junk yard donor LT1 in it. Marty already had a nasty stroker short block and some AFR heads he was going to build a SC motor with, but his plans changed. He is building his own turbo setup now.

Marty is taking his time with his car - he's in no hurry as it's going together right the first time. Last I talked to him he was ordering new pistons for the setup. The manifolds are already done.

I can guarantee with the work being done - it will be a hellion of a car.

Yep.

Marty was doing all of his homework researching the setup. He was not going to just throw parts at the car.

itll be stout, its been a while since i spoke with marty, but i know he had big plans for it, and the manifolds look good. last i heard he had planned on coming back down here. its been some time since i have seen him though.
