Default Heads/cam Price question??

I just wanted to know about how much it would cost for a heads/cam package along with a tune? Basically everything needed to make it run safely, and reliably. 420-440 rwhp would be the target. Let me know. Thanks.

And have a shop install it?

Anywhere from $3500-$4500 depending on who you went to.

Basic avg cost are:

Heads $1500-$2500
cam $375-$425
pushrods $100
Gaskets, coolant, oil and misc stuff $150
If its a high mile car a timing set $150
plus labor...avg about $800-$1200 to install
Then $450 on up or so for a dyno tune

I may be forgetting something...but this is a ballpark figure.

ofourse you will also want to have the regular bolt ons including LT headers, catback (or cutout), underdrive pulley, etc. but al is right on target with the prices. you will love it.
