installing shift kit

im putting the transgo hd2 shift kit in and its got 3 settings for 1-2 firness (basically 3 different spacers)--1.crisp 2. hard shifts & 3.full race/for higher stalls)i want it to shift hard and dont really care bout comfort. is 3 gonna be too much? btw...putting 26-2800 stall in at the same time

If you don't care about comfort,go all out or don't bother.
