I went on Sunday. Judging by the parking lot, I would say there were about half the spectators there in comparison to Super Chevy a few weeks back.

There were somenice cars in the car show. Although they were all new models. I think there were only 3 or 4 cars that were pre 1981. I guess they all just fell apart!

Getting to see Gary Roche run was pretty cool. I see him in all the magizines.

 

corry there were probably 3 times the people at the ford event. you cant ever compare a ford racing event with a chevy event.

 

I was going by the amount of cars in the parking lot. At the chevy show it was filled all the way back to the fence. NMRA was only about 1/2 way there.

 

and again corey, bruce and i showed up at around 1 pm and we had to park WAY past the finish line and take the back entrence to get into the races. believe me, there were MANY more people at the event compared to the chevy show.

 

ok you win... this thread was supposed to be about if you had a good time or not at the races.

I wish I had gotten my lazy ass out to the nmra event. Oh well.

 

yeah, i hear saturday had a much much larger crowd than sunday too........

 

Maybe it did. I went Sunday I got there at 2 and got a parking spot right in the front.
