Yeah $120 is the cost of the cap and rotor from Autozone...

You do not want that....

Call up Dal 1-877-448-5451. he'll get you a low price on the opti. Jason cromer is good but u pay sales tax for jason's cuz he's in florida.

the LTTC conversion has been out for 5 or 6 months now... its being sold at around 800 bucks... but the kit that u posted kenny you'd need some more parts... so it'd probably end up being 600 bucks if u found them used.

An opti is around 270 or something like that. Ive never had a problem with mine... the opti will start diminishing horsepower gains when ur pushing over 650.

i was referring to the kit marty posted....but the LTCC still retains the optical sensor from the opti...so you'd still run the risk of buying more opti's

I have never had opti problems. Just like a waterpump it's a part that wears out sometimes. The '96 and '97 years they finally made them last longer.

this is a 97 with 85k on the clock ... but it could be a problem with the install of the new water pump that went out on it like 20k miles ago which sprung the leak that killed the opti
