optispark- 12 hours the first time.. running around for parts partly too... 6 hours the 2nd time, 3 hours the 3rd time. 3 times due to Autozone's cap and rotor assembly which doesnt fix what usually goes wrong in them.
I changed mine at 70k but it worked fine... just did it because my water pump went and it was right there.

optisparks are cake after 5-6 of them 
They are hella fucking easy on a caprice. No having to pull the fans outta the way.
Yea at my shop usually when we do either one, we usually do both at the same time. Tis best though to do the GM stuff, but they only give you a 1 year warranty
