Best 4 door under $9k??
I'm ready to dump my Rodeo for a car.
16mpg on the hwy in a crappy SUV isn't fun.
It cannot be a high risk car as far as insurance is concerned. Shitty driving record pwns me.
It doesn't have to be "fast" but a 1/4mile in under 16 would be nice. I could give a damn about looks too. Reliability is my top priority with good handling rated second. Gas mileage is important as well.
Cars I'm considering:
94-97 Accord w/H22A swap
Integra GSR Sedan
Civic Sedan and mod it (god I hate civics)
Any 4dr Sentra and BB sr20det swap
Try to find a decent Legend or TL
Maxima
Camry v6
As you can see it's a pretty broad range of cars. There's no domestics only because I'm not familiar with them, but I have nothing against them.
I was also wondering if anything could be done to a galant to make it quick for under $9k.
Just wondering what you guys would suggest, or any insight I haven't noted yet.

u can get a 5.0 or camaro for well under 9k and be in the mid-low 14s stock, have reliability, AND get decent gas milage...i mean..they prolly wouldnt sound as cool as a civic with a tanabe racing medallion exhaust..but still a quick,reliable car...and they r a bit easier/cheaper to work on the civics/integras/ect.
