Honda's can't make torque! It's proven.

95 Civic hatchback on pump gas with stock sleeves/block guard, forged pistons/rods with MaxRev exhaust manifold, Skunk2 intake manifold, P28 ECU, hondata and 550cc injectors. The injectors were maxing out at 14lbs. This run was a mistake (turned boost up too much).



B18c1 on 104 octane gas, 9.0:1 JE pistons, Eagle rods, GEM sleeves, Full Race exhaust manifold, Edelbrock intake manifold, Hondata, 60-1

 

:shrug: i guess they can make decent torque with 2 power adders and a built motor.

Two power adders? The first one only had a turbocharger. The second one had a turbocharger and a 50 shot but the nitrous stops once he hits 8lbs of boost. He is taking the nitrous off soon. Tom, what's wrong with adding displacement?

 

oh i was just responding to corys reply about how they should have torque w/ 2 power adders, and i meant the motors were 1.6-2.0 liters, (not added displacement, i was talking about b16-k20)
and the first one that i posted (the RSX, does have a small nitrous shot and a turbo) but that car is sick as fuck and i would drive it ANY day of the week

im not even sure if that dyno was taken on spray

John wilson's B20 / JR Blown CRX makes 211 Tq..... only boost no juice.
