Hey everyone,
I was about to go and buy a set of Air Struts for my Dodge Neon. Since I have MacPherson strut/spring suspension I have to get either strut bags or cylinders.

I was wondering if anyone has done Air Ride to their import and where you got your equipment from.

I was looking into kmwperformance.com and pikfabrications.com

If anyone has any tips or can help me install for some $$ let me know. AIM or Email

Most of the people here are into making their vehicles fast.

 

Huh??? Air ride?? You mean you wanna put bags on it?

Why not just get a set of springs and a nice set of gas shocks for it and be done????

 

Well i got a dodge neon with a 3 speed automatic, I rather go for looks rather than speed because be transmission kills all my power.

Air bags are the shiznit. The ride is great and its a great looking mod.

 

Air bags are the farthest thing from a great ride.......and quite possibly the stupidest thing you can do to a car. But hey, you gotta drive it and get made fun of.....not me. Do what you like.

 

dont hondas come with airbags? they save alot of lives

 

i beg to differ on the ride. with the right setup u will find nothin that will ride better. why do u think lincoln and cadillac have used them in their suspensions for years. but as for puttin bags on a neon i wouldn't bother i would sell it and buy a new car. i could see ur point since its an automatic to go for looks but u can't do that with a neon. they look like elongated geos. sorry this is just my opinion.
