MY friend is buying a WRX with these mods in the link.. his will have the STI injectors though.. The guy took him for a test drive and the car pulls hard.. but the time slip he was shown said 12.3 at 119mph... the 12.3 is believeable and expected but the 119mph seems awefully high to me.
On its the vf30 turbo. The one my friend is looking at has 279wrhp.. torque dont know but should be slightly higher than the vf30 in the link.

thanks zate.. 119 way too high... i'll tell him to check the time slip he was shown again... if it says 119 on it then he either sprayed it or its not his time slip...

 

supras have better top end, while the WRX excels at holeshotting, explaining the difference in MPH

 

Doesnt that car run a low 13 stock? I may be wrong??

 

I've seen them run mid 14's to high 14's stock...

My friend said that the WRX could not launch as hard as my Z28 either which is odd... Maybe there was no boost built up when the owner launched it for him.
I ran one a stock one at the track also... I beat him out of the hole with a horrible 2.33 60 foot time. I suppose its harder to launch awd than i thought???
