I find a video at youtube about the top 10 fastest car in the world. I don't know if this is accurate information...

You are probably right. It changes over time. This is what it was years ago in 2016:

So maybe it's "street legal", but it did not come from the factory that way.
The ones you posted are FACTORY street legal.

Also there is a difference in "Fastest" and "quickest".
Fastest can be determined at Bonneville or some of the one mile airport runways.

But "quickest" usually means a low elapsed time for a quarter mile.
As for "quickest", the quickest factory car right now in the US is a Dodge Challenger:
